How long does the installation take?
Between 10 and 15 minutes for a beginner DIYer. Less than 5 minutes for an experienced person. All necessary hardware is included.
Can I install the rack on plasterboard?
Yes, provided you fix it to the metal studs or use specific toggle anchors for plasterboard. We recommend fixing to the studs for maximum solidity.
Can I install the rack if I am a tenant?
Yes. The mounting holes are small and can be easily filled with spackling compound when you move out. Many of our customers are tenants.
Compatibility
Is my carbon bike compatible?
Yes. All our racks are designed to accommodate carbon bikes without risk of scratching or damage.
What is the maximum load?
Our racks support up to 20 kg. All road and gravel bikes are compatible.
Compatible with wide tires?
The Setup Wheel Design accepts tires up to 50 mm wide. Compatible with gravel bikes.
Maintenance
How do I maintain my stainless steel rack?
A simple damp cloth is sufficient. No abrasive products. Brushed stainless steel requires no special maintenance.
Can stainless steel rust?
No. Stainless steel is by definition corrosion resistant. Our racks come with a lifetime warranty.

What is the delivery time?
3-5 business days in mainland France. Express delivery available.
Can I return my rack?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, no justification required. Full refund.
