From a Breton workshop to your living room: the journey of a David & Clément bike rack

Have you ever thought about the journey an object takes before it reaches your home? At David & Clément, this journey is short, controlled, and rooted in Brittany. Here's a behind-the-scenes look at our manufacturing process.

It all starts with the selection of raw materials: stainless steel tubes and sheets sourced from certified European suppliers. They arrive at our Breton workshop, where they are cut, shaped, and assembled according to our design plans.

Each piece then goes through a finishing phase: brushing, dimensional control, weld inspection. Nothing leaves the workshop without being manually validated. The packaging itself is designed to protect the piece and reduce waste.

From the workshop to your home, only a few days pass. No intercontinental transit, no anonymous warehouse. Just a carefully crafted object, delivered directly.

Knowing the origin of a product gives it added value. At David & Clément, transparency is part of our identity.
