Creating a bicycle wall mount is not something you improvise. Before reaching you, each David & Clément model goes through many stages – and just as many challenges.
It all starts with an on-site observation: how do cyclists actually store their bikes? What are the pain points? What's missing from the market? These questions guide our initial sketches.
Next comes the prototyping phase. We test angles, thicknesses, and support points. A mount must be stable, but also gentle on the frame and wheels. The brushed stainless steel we use is precisely worked to avoid any marks on paint or carbon.
Finally, each piece is assembled and inspected in our Breton workshop before being shipped. No outsourcing to the other side of the world: what you receive is the result of local, meticulous, and committed work.
