Each David & Clément wall mount is the result of a meticulous manufacturing process, rooted in Breton artisanal know-how. Here's a look behind the scenes of our workshop.
Step 1: material selection
It all starts with the rigorous selection of stainless steel. We work with certified European suppliers, guaranteeing impeccable metallurgical composition. Each batch is checked before entering production.
Step 2: cutting and shaping
The parts are cut with precision using high-tech tools. The shaping is then done by hand by our craftsmen, who check each curve and angle to guarantee perfect geometry.
Step 3: brushed finish
The brushed finish is applied manually, with the grain, to obtain a homogeneous texture and a premium look. This step gives our mounts their recognizable visual signature.
Step 4: quality control
Before packaging, each piece is inspected individually. We check the solidity of the fixings, the quality of the finish, and compliance with dimensions. Only mounts that pass this strict control leave our workshop.
Step 5: packaging and shipping
Our mounts are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transport. We favor recycled packaging materials, consistent with our environmental commitment.
